What a great place for brunch. They had so many choices, it was hard to decide! I had the eggs Bennie and cheesy grits. Both were delicious. My brunch mates had omelets, and were delighted with their choices. Our server was spot on and the space was beautiful. If you're in the area drop by Jam on Hawthorne for a delicious breakfast or brunch. You will not be disappointed!

What a cute breakfast place! The ambience was awesome, just the right amount of busy. The service was kind and helpful. I had the huevos rancheros with pulled pork and it was delicious! Zesty, a little spice, and great texture combinations! Love the Hawthorne neighborhood and this spunky breakfast place.

Mimosas.All.Day. Whether it's with the gals, pals, rents, or gents...this is the place for mimosas. The selection of flavors are great, so many flavor profiles and the mimosa sizes are large and in charge. Air conditioned (bless) indoor seating with outside seating as well. Decorated with art from local artists which are for sale. Don't let a long wait deter you, they have a take out/drink window where you can get some coffee or a mimosa while you wait (recommend doing that) Food wasn't too bad. Have I had better breakfast food? Most definitely. Kinda bland and lacked that extra wow factor. All things considered: they have a good menu with prices and portions that match. So it's a thumbs up for me.

If you want to experience a true Portland vibe, come to Jam on Hawthorne. This place is filled with true Portlanders and the food is a good example of what Portlanders like to eat. You must come on the weekend as they have bonus items on their menu to include their puffs and toast. We sampled the cinnamon puffs and the burrata toast (a little spicy but very good). The only thing we didn't care for was the bitter coffee. Just not a fan but I'm sure some find it delicious.
